Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU and EEA, and will not be processed in an automated manner within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR, including profiling.
  4. The obtained personal data will be processed for a period necessary for this purpose, in particular until the fulfillment of all rights and obligations and the expiration of all claims arising from or related to the processed personal data (e.g., tax, civil/criminal law).
  5. Providing personal data to the Administrator is, in principle, voluntary but necessary to use the services of the Administrator or achieve another purpose intended by one of the parties.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR, you can request from the Administrator – by submitting your request to – access to your personal data, their correction, deletion, limitation of processing, transfer, and moreover, you have the right to object to processing and the right to withdraw your previously given consent to processing.
  7. Furthermore, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the processing of personal data is not in accordance with the law.
