INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In fulfillment of the requirement provided for in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), I inform that:

  1. The administrator of the collected personal data – meaning the entity deciding how and for what purposes your personal data will be used – is Dr. Mice Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at Legionowa 31A street.   2. The obtained personal data may be processed by the Administrator or entities acting on its behalf (IT support, accounting, subcontractors, suppliers, postal operators, and other entities supporting the Administrator in its activities) – based on Article 6 of the GDPR on the basis of your consent, or in connection with the use of services offered or provided by the Administrator, or due to the legitimate interest of the Administrator or a third party (including for their marketing activities or market research).
  3. The obtained personal data will not be disclosed to other recipients than those indicated above unless the basis for this is universally applicable legal provisions or it proves to be necessary or necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU and EEA, and will not be processed in an automated manner within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR, including profiling.
  4. The obtained personal data will be processed for a period necessary for this purpose, in particular until the fulfillment of all rights and obligations and the expiration of all claims arising from or related to the processed personal data (e.g., tax, civil/criminal law).
  5. Providing personal data to the Administrator is, in principle, voluntary but necessary to use the services of the Administrator or achieve another purpose intended by one of the parties.
  6. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR, you can request from the Administrator – by submitting your request to rodo@drmice.com – access to your personal data, their correction, deletion, limitation of processing, transfer, and moreover, you have the right to object to processing and the right to withdraw your previously given consent to processing.
  7. Furthermore, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the processing of personal data is not in accordance with the law.
